About Our Farm
Flying Coyote Farm is a certified organic vegetable farm on 37 acres in the foothills of Mt. Hood in Sandy, Oregon. Established in 2013, we grow about 9 acres of vegetables using a mix of mechanized and bio-intensive practices, and manage the rest of our land through rotational grazing, cover crops, and forest preservation. Our primary outlets are our 250-member CSA program, a year-round farmers market, and local restaurants and grocery stores. We also raise pigs and chickens for meat—about 1,650 broilers and 15-20 pigs each year.
We farm year-round, rain, sun, or snow, and take pride in the hard work of growing food for our community. Our employees are what make the farm run. Although farming is physically and mentally demanding, we're committed to creating a safe and enjoyable work environment and nurturing our crew's skills and interests.
Our team includes Dan Sullivan and Lili Tova (Farm Owners/Managers) and 8-12 crew members depending on the season.

Reference checks
Full interview (virtual via Zoom/FaceTime)
On-farm working interview for final candidates (4 hours, paid)
