PASTURE-RAISED LAMB
We raise katahdin sheep, a variety well suited for intensive rotational grazing and known for it’s superb flavor. Our sheep get rotated to fresh pasture every 3-4 days to ensure they always have access to the best pasture!
Pasture-raised Pork
We love our pigs as they serve so may important functions on our farm, from aerating our soil to ensuring we have zero waste on the farm. We primarily raise Idaho Pasture Pigs, a variety known for it’s amazing flavor and ability to thrive on pasture.
