2026 Summer CSA — Pickup Instructions

Please read the following general information and the specific information for your pickup site (listed below) to know when, where, and how to pick up your CSA share this season.

WHEN YOU ARRIVE AT YOUR PICKUP SITE

  1. Find the order sheet and locate your name — this shows exactly what you're picking up that day

  2. Take one item from each bin or cooler for the share types listed under your name — all shares are identical and unlabeled, so just grab any one. Mushroom shares are the exception — these are labeled with your name but not listed on the order sheet.

  3. Unpack your produce box into your own bags or boxes — please do not take our green CSA bins home with you. Wipe out your empty box, spray it with the sanitizing spray, and stack it with the other empty boxes.

  4. Don't see your name on the sheet? Don't take anything — contact the farm at csa@flyingcoyotefarm.com

A FEW THINGS TO KNOW

  • Shares not picked up by 8:30pm will be donated

  • Please don't knock on the host's door — for any issues contact the farm at csa@flyingcoyotefarm.com

  • Please park on the street at all pickup sites and leave driveways clear for the homeowners

  • Please do not leave trash or unwanted produce at the pickup site

  • Please leave dogs and other pets in your car or tied up away from the pickup site

MISSED PICKUP POLICY

  • Send a friend or family member — no notice needed, just make sure they know what to look for at the site

  • Need to reschedule? Email csa@flyingcoyotefarm.com at least one week in advance — there's no limit on rescheduling

  • Day-of emergency? Text Lili at 727-432-9383 as soon as possible

  • Missed your pickup? Policies vary by site — check your site's specific instructions below to know whether your share can still be retrieved

YOUR PICKUP SCHEDULE

You've received a personalized pickup schedule by email showing your start date and which weeks you'll pick up throughout the season. You'll also receive a weekly email the morning of each pickup with your site address, pickup window, and exactly what you're picking up that week — including a preview of what's in your share.

Please note: bread shares have two scheduled baking breaks this season — no bread will be delivered on July 1st or September 30th.

Can't find your schedule? Search your inbox for "2026 Summer CSA" or email csa@flyingcoyotefarm.com and we'll resend it. If you're sharing your CSA with someone, please make sure they have a copy too.

MEMBER BENEFITS

As a thank you for joining our CSA, you'll receive 10% off any purchases from our Hollywood Farmers Market booth throughout the season. Our market hours are:

  • April through December 19th: Every Saturday, 8am – 1pm

  • January through March: 2nd and 4th Saturdays, 9am – 1pm

Stop by and say hello if you need more veggies, chicken, maple, or sauerkraut. We accept EBT, debit, credit, cash, and checks at the market.

PICKUP SITE DIRECTIONS AND INFORMATION

PIEDMONT

  • When: Wednesday from 2:30pm – 8pm, June 3rd – November 11th

  • Where: 119 NE Holland St

  • How: CSA shares are located under a pop-up tent in the driveway.

  • Pickup Policies: Your share will be donated to the pickup site if it is not picked up by 8:30pm on Wednesday. If you miss your CSA pickup without prior coordination, you can reach out to the site host directly to see if your share is still available. Tanner – 425-890-6433 (text)

CONCORDIA

  • When: Wednesday from 2:30pm – 8pm, June 3rd – November 11th

  • Where: 5631 NE 31st Ave

  • How: CSA shares are located in the covered area attached to the double garage. If you are facing the house, the double garage is on your left on the other side of the yard. Enter the gate to the right of the double garage by gently pressing it open (it has a magnetic closure and jingling bells). You will find the covered area where CSA shares are located around the side of the garage. The site host has two indoor-outdoor cats who are allowed to enter and exit through the gate.

  • Pickup Policies: Your share will be donated to the pickup site if it is not picked up by 8:30pm on Wednesday. If you miss your CSA pickup without prior coordination, you can reach out to the site host directly to see if your share is still available. Lauren – 206-327-5311 (phone or text)

ROSE CITY PARK

  • When: Wednesday from 2:30pm – 8pm, June 3rd – November 11th

  • Where: 3315 NE 52nd Ave

  • How: CSA shares are located under a pop-up tent in the driveway.

  • Pickup Policies: Your share will be donated to the pickup site if it is not picked up by 8:30pm on Wednesday. The host will not hold shares past the pickup window.

MONTAVILLA

  • When: Every Wednesday from 2pm – 8pm, June 3rd – November 11th

  • Where: 206 NE 73rd Ave

  • How: CSA shares are located behind the house. Walk to the end of the driveway and go through the red gate. CSA shares will be located directly in front of you under the covered area (or pop-up tent).

  • Pickup Policies: Your share will be donated to the pickup site if it is not collected by 8:30pm on Wednesday. The host will not hold shares past the pickup window.

KERNS

  • When: Wednesday from 2:30pm – 8pm, June 3rd – November 11th

  • Where: 3046 NE Couch St

  • How: CSA shares are located behind the house under a pop-up tent. Walk down the driveway that is located to the left of the house to find the pop-up tent where the shares are located.

  • Pickup Policies: Your share will be donated to the pickup site if it is not picked up by 8:30pm on Wednesday. Non-refrigerated items may still be available the following morning — contact the farm ASAP and we can reach out to the host on your behalf to check on availability.

RICHMOND

  • When: Wednesday from 2:30pm – 8pm, June 3rd – November 11th

  • Where: 3387 SE Tibbetts St — ⚠️ NEW ADDRESS for 2026. Our Richmond pickup has moved to a new location!

  • How: The driveway is on the left edge of the property as you face the house — look for the tall hedge bordering one side. Walk up the driveway and through the wooden gate at the top. CSA shares are located under a pop-up tent just past the gate.

  • Pickup Policies: Your share will be donated to the pickup site if it is not collected by 8:30pm on Wednesday. If you miss your CSA pickup, contact the farm ASAP and we can reach out to the host on your behalf to check on availability.

WOODSTOCK

  • When: Wednesday from 2:30pm – 8pm, June 3rd – November 11th

  • Where: 5722 SE 52nd Ave

  • How: CSA shares are located under an overhang on the north side of the house. There is an alley on the north side of the house that can be used to access the CSA shares.

  • Pickup Policies: Your share will be donated to the pickup site if it is not picked up by 8:30pm on Wednesday. If you miss your CSA pickup, contact the farm ASAP and we can reach out to the host on your behalf to check on availability.

FLYING COYOTE FARM

  • When: Wednesday from 2:30pm – 8pm, June 3rd – November 11th

  • Where: 16261 SE Ten Eyck Rd, Sandy

  • How: Please pull into the south driveway entrance and park in the area designated for guests and CSA members. CSA shares are located under the green roofed metal carport south of the parking area.

  • Farm Policies and Safety: We ask that you do not walk around the farm on your own as the farm has many hazards (electric fences, farm equipment, ditches, uneven ground) and we are not insured to have visitors touring themselves around the farm. This is also to ensure the safety of our animals and the privacy of the folks who live and work on the farm.
